HOW TO: find a way to forgive

This is a simple note useful for not living in the past and to letting go the resentment, anger or frustration.

The starting point is as common as is simple : accept what has happened and let it go, this means that because you cannot change what has happened you can try to change how to react on it, it is what it is. This involves starting think about: what might you do differently to avoid a similar situation ? Answering this is the arrival point.

After that you should change the story you replay to others and also to yourself: forgive means learn from what happened and move on.

The last: be patient, sometimes forgiveness come easily, sometimes it takes longer, be patient is the key.
