  • Take a bath or a hot shower

  • Take a walk (and not in the wild side, thanks)

  • Write down 3 things you are grateful for

  • Call a friend and have a little chat

  • Eat your favourite meal

  • Social media Detox for 24 hours

  • Drink something to distend your nerves

  • Take a break. A day off never kills anyone but have helped lots of us
