HOW TO: be thankful

Hello Gang, today we celebrate Thanksgiving day and we cannot choose any other special day to talk about gratitude. Gratitude is the way we should always relate to life, being aware of all the positive things we’re surrounded by. That’s why today, through our journal, we’d like to show you a short reminder for your everyday thanksgiving.

  • At the end of each day try to identify three good things that have happened during that day, it could seem impossible sometimes, during that boring or stressful day but hey, simply reflect on that first coffee in the morning or on your mom evening call, do not take everything for granted.

  • Appreciate knowing that, even today, you had good in your day and despite any kind of difficulties you did it. Try to focus more on small pleasures, such as the fact that the sun shone.

  • Notice what the people around you say and what they do and thank them, remember to express your gratitude to the positive person you meet during your day, being the positive difference in someone else's day.

And darling, at last, remember that you have to appreciate what surrounds you in your everyday life and, as any other exercises, you’ve to practice and to actively look for things to be thankful for, only doing this it will become a second nature.
